Pardon my ignorance, but who is NCS?
NSC is the Nightly Sports Call on UPN19.
I've never seen it as I don't have cable.

Just saw it on ESPN...hip surgery next week but will be back for next year
(yeah right).
Oh well, here comes another top draft pick...

I've never seen it as I don't have cable.
UPN19 is a local channel (UHF Channel 19). Unless the transmitter has
moved the signal was good in the city.

Channel 19 was actually a Johnstown, PA station until it went dormant
in the late 80's. The call letters for Channel 19 in the 80's was
WFAT and as low-buget as you could get.

What happened to Channel 29 in Pittsburgh? When 19 returned in the
mid 90's Channel 19 was also simulcasted on 29.
